Dave joined Poundland in July 2018 and has responsibility for the Finance, Property, Legal, Procurement and Internal Audit departments.
Dave is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained with KPMG where he became Director in their Transaction Services practice specialising in retail and customer markets. After leaving practice Dave has been the Finance Director/CFO of several major retailers in both the private and public arenas, including Focus Wickes and JJB Sports plc.
