Nicky started her career at the Bank of England. She has been part of Cash Services since 2014 but has been involved with cash in one form or another since 1997 and wrote the current system for coin trading in the UK. She still manages the weekly wholesale trading of coin to ensure an efficient and effective cash supply chain in the UK.

She forecasts future demand for both notes and coins to assist the industry in their discussions with UK Authorities to ensure that there is always enough cash in circulation to meet public demand.
